OVERVIEW
We explore B2B challenges and the current beta test to identify areas of improvement and ways to increase employee engagement. Additionally, we identify if Headspace should expand challenges to a D2C offering.

Our background research revealed that the development of challenges as an in-app experience presented a significant opportunity for Headspace.
Competitive analysis
Our competitive analysis provided valuable insights into how competitors were incorporating gamification elements, and where they positioned themselves within the categories of static challenges, wells, dynamic challenges, and care.
Data analysis
Following our interviews, I identified overarching themes that would help develop the strategy used to design for the Challenges.
